I reviewed Matt Seitz review on the "The Great Gatsby". He believed the movie was presented well, but it didn't give a full description of who the character really were. Also, he felt as though Nick Caraway was an of Gatsby. Also, in he review I discovered he believed the movie had many sentimental appeals, red herrings, and irony through out the movie. I agree with Seitz about the casting of the movie (putting the right actor to act as one of the characters). I disagree with Seitz opinion on how Gatsby's personality affects Nick. I believe this movie showed Nick's true colors as a person because, reading a book is extremely different from watching a movie. Also, when I watched the movie, it helped me understand the story better, because when you put words with picture, you get the main idea.
